These terms and conditions apply to all appointments booked and services provided through the CarHome website.
An appointment request submitted through our website or booking form is not binding until confirmed by CarHome. We reserve the right to reject or reschedule a request due to workshop capacity.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For later cancellations, please contact us directly.
Prices shown on the website are non-binding estimates. A final quote is provided before any chargeable work begins.
CarHome is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
